programmers) specializing on protection, maintenance in effect and protection
of intellectual property of foreigners of Europe, Russian, Baltian CIS-countries,
USA and China.
Company is founded of soviet patent proffesionals in 1990, in the centre
of Europe, together with west patent attorneys, have now representation
in Warsaw, Kiev, Moscow. Practice with 1969.
Special law legal facilities in the courts and administrative authoritieses form is before 30 % volumes. Languages - romance and slavonic.
Up to date practical experience of operations on the market of in the
Ukraine, Russia, CIS - countrys including on international files experience
. Own practice of protection from unfair competitions, collision in local
and supreme courts, evaluation of intellectual property, computer right,
copyright protection. Representation in anti-piratical operations.
Company participated in the book development of Civil Code of Ukraine "Intellectual property ". Own system to registrations of copyright, patent searching and persecution of violators of patent rights.
